The Girlfriend, Dreams, and Me (
Summary
Chizuru sheds while stating to her grandmother that she wishes she could see the movie. Suddenly Kazuya rushes into the hospital room with a computer and movie projector and plays the movie. While the movie plays, Chizuru's grandmother opens her eyes faintly to view the movie. The chapter ends with Chizuru reminiscing about memories with her grandmother and grandfather while holding her hand, crying.
